Do you have any complaints regarding the goods or other matters concerning "By Noth"? Send us an e-mail info@bynoth.nl. After receiving the complaint, By Noth will respond to your complaint within 24 hours after receipt. If we need more time, we will inform you. We will make every effort to come to a satisfactory solution. A complaint about a product, service or the trader's service can also be submitted via a complaints form on the website https://www.webshoptrustmark.com/ where By Noth is connected to. The complaint is then sent both to the trader concerned as to the Webshop Trustmark. Should the mediation for any reason not lead to a satisfactory solution, it is possible to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC). You can also submit your dispute to the arbitration committee via the ODR platform

 

Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email and return it to us for an exchange or refund.

For returns requests outside The Netherlands you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. After receipt of the returned item(s) By Noth will confirm the receipt by mail and refund will take place not lather than 14 days.
